Fair Usage Policy

This policy applies to all Fabithost services, including servers, panel access, website usage, and network resources.

You may not use Fabithost services to:

• Host or distribute malware, spyware, or malicious code.
• Run phishing, scams, or deceptive social engineering.
• Conduct unauthorized intrusion, credential theft, or port scanning.
• Violate intellectual property rights or distribute pirated content.
• Host content or services that are illegal under applicable law.

Abuse of shared infrastructure is prohibited. This includes deliberate attempts to degrade service quality, evade limits, or disrupt other users.

DDoS participation, command-and-control traffic, amplification attacks, and traffic laundering are strictly forbidden.

You must use CPU, memory, disk, and network resources in a way that remains fair to other users on shared infrastructure.

Workloads intended for abusive consumption patterns (for example, unauthorized crypto mining or stress tooling) are not allowed unless explicitly approved in writing.

You are responsible for securing your own applications, game server plugins/mods, and account credentials.

If we identify a serious security risk, we may temporarily limit access until the issue is resolved.

We may investigate abuse reports and may request logs or clarification from account owners. Failure to cooperate with a reasonable abuse investigation may lead to service restrictions.

Violations may result in one or more actions:

• Warning and corrective action request.
• Temporary suspension.
• Permanent termination of affected services or accounts.
• Reporting to legal authorities where required.

We may update this policy as threats, legal requirements, and platform operations evolve. Continued use of services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
