1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Fabithost services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and Account Security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Services
Fabithost provides managed game server hosting and related control panel access. We may update features, software versions, and infrastructure as part of normal operations.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.
4. Orders, Billing, and Renewals
Services are billed in advance based on the selected billing cycle. Renewals may be generated automatically before your service expires.
You are responsible for paying invoices by their due date. Unpaid invoices may result in suspension or termination of services.
Prices, taxes, and payment methods are shown at checkout and may change for future billing periods.
5. Refunds
Unless otherwise stated on an order page or invoice, Fabithost provides a 24-hour money-back guarantee for first-time purchases made directly through our platform.
Refunds are not provided for abuse-related suspensions, policy violations, or services already terminated for non-payment.
6. Acceptable Use
You must use the service lawfully and follow our Fair Usage Policy. Prohibited activity includes malware distribution, phishing, network abuse, unauthorized access, and hosting illegal content.
7. Data, Backups, and Content
You retain ownership of your data and server content. You are responsible for backups unless a managed backup feature is explicitly included in your plan.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, security risks, legal requests, or violations of these terms and the Fair Usage Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Fabithost is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including data loss, business interruption, or lost profits.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates are published means you accept the revised terms.
